It's an act of resistance by individuals who collectively want to make clear the following: 'We are here, we see and hear you and we sympathize with you!'

In 2013 the United Nations’ International Court of Justice in The Hague will have its 100th anniversary. In 2013 the decision whether The Hague will become the European Capital of Culture for 2018 is taken. Apart from continuing on the chosen path, Cast Lead will seize this year to consider and account for all intentions for cultural exchange and cooperation since the start of the Arab Spring.
